Wellness Day at A.P. Willits

Our K-5 students kicked off the day with a fantastic Wellness Day, focusing on positive mental health and well-being. Students across all grade levels had the opportunity to participate in two special, hands-on workshops designed to refresh their minds and bodies.

From finding their zen with yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, to letting out some energy with high-octane Zumba and workouts, our students explored so many wonderful ways to stay healthy. Others tapped into their creative sides, channeling their focus into beautiful painting and intricate origami projects.

It was a beautiful morning filled with smiles, relaxation, and positive energy. A huge thank you to all of our instructors and staff who made this day possible—and to our wonderful students for bringing such great energy to every session!
