September Unity Day
Willits was so excited to kick off its first Unity Day of the school year with Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Fernan! Students learned (or were reminded) of what Syosset PRIDE stands for (Pride, Respect, Integrity, Dignity, and Empathy). As part of a schoolwide activity, students and staff said the PRIDE Pledge, promising to encompass the elements of PRIDE every day. A huge thank you to the Kindness Crusaders for their assistance and to the music department to bringing our Willits song to a new level! We look forward to catching each other being kind and bringing PRIDE to life at Willits.
